Most notably, you will find that we do not charge a markup on production, and all vendor invoices are passed-through-billing thus providing optimal transparency and flexibility for our clients. We provide cost estimates (following the client’s guidelines) and reconcile all cost after each campaign to ensure that all campaign analysis uses final cost.
A Direct Solution is not like the typical agency with a large overhead and pre-assigned staff. Rather, our organization works with a curated pool of expert freelancers, many of whom have been working with us for as long as the agency exists.
